Returns

Fire Tapes goal is to make its customers happy. However, because opened or damaged items cannot be resold or returned, we cannot accept exchanges or returns of opened or used products once they have been sold or delivered, unless there is a fault or a quality issue with the product, in which case we will replace it. All you have to do is contact Us within 3 days of receiving your purchase or send us an email at sales@firetape-stretch.co.uk with the product photographs and order ID.

It’d take us upto 2 weeks to process your return followed by a refund as per the banking norms.

Damage to Shipping

If your shipment comes damaged, make a note of it while signing the POD, and file a complaint within 24 hours of receiving it. Include all of the specifics of the damaged goods, as well as sufficient documentation such as pictures and an image of a signed POD copy (if possible).

On a case-by-case basis, our staff will assess the complaint and propose a resolution. Without adequate evidence, no petitions will be accepted.
